First was a SNPA clone.
Ingredients:
Grain:
10 lbs 2-row pale
1.25 Crystal 60L
Hops:
.75 oz Magnum @ 60
.56 oz Perle @ 30
1.28 oz Cascade @ 0
1 oz Cascade Dry Hopped
Yeast: White Labs California Ale 1001
Water:
1.15 liter to grain for strike
4 gal sparge
Notes:
8-1-2010--This was actually John's beer, but we brewed it at my house so I'm counting it as one of mine :)
11-27-2010--As of a couple days ago, John still hasn't kegged this...I wonder how long it'll last in the primary before it turns to sludge?
1-10-2011--Believe it or not, we kegged this tonight. It still tasted pretty good.
