Notes:
3/19/10: Chad came over to help :) All went well.
Soak the chips in the bourbon (Makers Mark) for two weeks and dry hop in keg.
3/22/10: Fermentation hasn't started yet...I might stop using the "dead" yeast. It might save a couple bucks, but I hate waiting.
3/23/10: Patience paid off yet again. Fermentation started last night and it's going fine
3/31/10: Kegged. Didn't hit the FG i wanted, but that has been happening a lot lately.
4/3/10: Tried it, not too good...but I've said that every time I've tried my beer flat.
4/4/10: Blaaahhh! This beer was NOT good. I'm not sure if it was the recipe or the yeast. I hit all my temps and did everything right. Oh well :)

Hops crop 2010

Oh baby!
The plan is to fresh hop all the beer I make at the end of the year--I'd really rather not have to dry the hops I harvest.
